Business Development Executive – Software

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments  

  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations  

  • Present and sell software solutions by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions  

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships  

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs  

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals  

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems  

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities  

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure client satisfaction  

Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's degree in business or any discipline; education can be relaxed for experienced candidates. 

  • Proven 2 plus years of experience in field sales / software sales / solution selling preferred  

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and client-facing roles inside and outside of Dhaka

  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales  

  • Basic understanding of software/IT solutions is an advantage  

Preferred Skills: 


  • Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking systems

  • Strong presentation and demo skills  

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
