Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments
Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations
Present and sell software solutions by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or any discipline; education can be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Proven 2 plus years of experience in field sales / software sales / solution selling preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with frequent travel and client-facing roles inside and outside of Dhaka
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
Basic understanding of software/IT solutions is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Strong presentation and demo skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
