We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive and Trainee who can communicate fluently in English to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidates will assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients in the UK, ensuring professional communication, accurate information, and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate clearly in English.
- Record and update customer details.
- Follow scripts and maintain confidentiality.
- Support team goals and training
Must Have
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum two years’ relevant experience.
- Able to work independently, lead.
- Strong listening and problem-solving.
- Positive, punctual, and professional
Nice to have
- Sylheti language proficiency preferred.
- Bachelors Degree
- O Levels and A Levels
- Basic computer and typing skills.
