We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile principles and be capable of guiding teams through the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
- Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and rules.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the development team’s progress.
- Support Product Owners in maintaining and prioritising the product backlog.
- Promote continuous improvement by tracking and analysing key Scrum metrics (e.g., burn-down charts).
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Higher
- Good communication
- Highly creative and autonomous

Work Duration
We work during UK business hours , which corresponds to 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM in Bangladesh local time.
